Up till now there was windowed mode hack just for Europa Universalis II version 1.08. I've noticed it just recently and updated settings for version 1.09. I don't know if there is someone who plays EU2 nowadays, but in case you do, you can now use Pegasus Hexa Wizard to play in a window.

Hearts of Iron Anthology hits retail stores in Europe today, North America will follow few days later (September 3rd). It's priced $29.99/€29.99 and includes original Hearts of Iron, then Hearts of Iron 2, Doomsday and also booster pack Armageddon. Paradox has released new expansion pack for Europa Universalis 3 today. Now they call it add-on. Napoleon's Ambition expands game's timeline to 1820, add more opions for historically accurate monarchs and events, claims is has improved interface, enhanced trading system and added gameplay elements enabling new strategies. It looks promissing, time will show how successful will it be. You can view more details about it on GamersGate, where you can buy it for €19.99..

Yet another expansion pack from Swedish guys, this time for Crusader Kings. This game has lot of room for improvement and they seem to address it. In list of new features you can find improved interface, new inter-character interactions or new events and improved tools for modders. It'll be available for download through GamersGate for $14.99/€14.99. Read more in official announcement.

Paradox announced they'll release Collectors Edition of the entire Hearts of Iron series called Hearts of Iron Anthology. It'll include Hearts of Iron, Hearts of Iron II, Hearts of Iron II: Doomsday and Booster pack Armageddon. Additionally, they hope to attract people who already own these by including Paradox medal and printed world map in the box. It'll cost $29.99/€29.99 and should be released in August.

They finally patched Armageddon. Patch 1.1 fixed game-breaking CV bug and many more things. With 1.1, I've updated Pegasus Hexa Wizard with resolution settings for Hearts of Iron 2: Doomsday Armageddon 1.1. Resolutions inclided are: 1280x1024, 1152x864, 1280x800, 1360x768, 1366x768, 1440x900, 1400x1050, 1600x1024, 1680x1050 and 1600x1200.

Third patch for Europa Universalis III makes multiplayer more stable, fixes number of bugs and brings in few improvements. If you want to know more or download it, visit P'dox forum for details.

After long time with Aramgeddon 1.0a hotfix, Paradox finally released patch. Hearts of Iron 2: Doomsday Armageddon 1.1 (what a long name...) is now available for download. They claim AI was improved to be more of a challenge when it comes to invasions. You can find out more on Paradox forum.

Europa Universalis III received her second patch, 1.2.1. It contains number of bug fixes, balancing changes and code improvements (as they say), so it should be finaly playable in multiplayer over Internet. Anyway, see complete list of changes in 1.2.1 on Paradox forums (download link included).
