As many of us anticipated, it's third installment of World War 2 grand strategy game Hearts of Iron. According to official announcement, Hearts of Iron 3 should introduce "multitude of brand new features and systems" and map counting more then 10k provinces. |

Added: August 13, 2008 · Author: Lord Ederon Paradox will announce what this project hides on Game Convention in Leipzig next week. Speculations differ, some say it is next HoI, some think it's completely new genre. So far most people think it's either new version of Victoria, Hearts of Iron or Crusader Kings. Another popular opinion is Dark Ages game or Cold War era game. We'll know more next week. |

Start date is pushed back to 1399 and some interesting new concepts introduced like rebels with cause, mission system and as always improved AI. Added: April 27, 2008 · Author: Lord Ederon I've finally got some time to update Pegasus Hexa Wizard to include resolution hacks for Hearts of Iron 2 Doomsday Armageddon version 1.2. Included resolutions are 1280x1024 (the only one I tested myself), then 1152x864, 1280x800, 1360x768, 1366x768, 1440x900, 1400x1050, 1600x1024, 1600x1200 and 1680x1050. If you can confirm any of these working, me and many others will be grateful. |

Added: April 11, 2008 · Author: Lord Ederon Second trailer showing some bits of Europa Universalis: Rome was released on Friday (April 11). "The video demonstrates key gameplay elements players must master, in their pursuit of conquest and victory. All in order to eventually subjugate rival factions and excise dominion over all lands. What will it take to rise to dominance?" Paradox says. The game will be released on April 15 in North America, Europe will get it on Friday 18th. |

Player can choose between Rome or Carthage and try to win this war exploting diplomacy, intrigue and historical leaders (among other possibilities...).
