It is tool I made in fall 2002, when Boehm started Europa Universalis 2 Non-Player Play-by-Email game (NPPBEM). It was long and fun game we played for over one year. Changing AI settings of our countries was a must, so I made this little utility.

Features:

• graphic interface to AI editing
• program watch over your actions to make sure only valid values are added
• it provides human-friendly lists of areas, regions and countries to define AI's preferences without need to know exact abbreviations used by EU2

You must have installed Visual Basic 6 Run-Time before you use this program.
