Similar to EU2 AI Editor, EU2 Map Exchange Tool was originally made as an utility aiding me and my fellow players in NPPBEM game. It compares two lists of numbers (i.e. data representing known provinces of country) and finds out which are unknown to first or second compared country.

Features:

• compares space-separated list of numbers and extracts just difference
• you can choose whether you want to get list of numbers not in first list which are in second one or vice versa
• you can specify that you want only provinces or sea zones

You must have installed Visual Basic 6 Run-Time before you use this program.
